We harvest yarrow from July to November depending on the site and then use the hydrosol distilled earliest in the year first. The first harvest always feels too early. The plants have to each be inspected for life. But when fire danger is high. The insurance batch will sustain one distiller for one year. The subsequent batches are from much later harvests when the phytochemicals have experienced solar degradation (which we want).
Batch: 072201A and 072201B are filtered at 240 micron. The oil has been left in the distillate.
