No Promises

Persephone’s Ball makes no promises on how your skin will react to our products.

One of the most frustrating things about the skincare industry is that it sells people on the idea that putting something on top of their skin will fix the skin’s issues. The ingredients in conventional skincare are not shown by science as ingredients you want in your body.

We’re strictly against promises here at Persephone’s Ball.

Because many skin issues are symptoms of an issue that wants to be addressed internally and possibly through diet, not topically. As a chef-founded company, we can say for certain, that most of us are eating kind-of-all-wrong for our skin. Topical fixes can only do so much.

But diet doesn’t offer immediate relief from dry, inflamed skin.

Our products offer a haven from preservatives, fillers, and factory-made fragrances – ingredients that irritate some skin. We use the very best ingredients we can find and we don’t cheap it out with filler ingredients to bulk up the product size. Everything we make and sell, we use daily. We don’t want filler oils. We want nice things.

So while we make no promises, we do offering what we demand for ourselves.
